Using the Website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business-purchasing purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, or use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the website by minors in their care.

Customer accounts are not currently active. When accounts are introduced, account creation will remain optional unless a particular service genuinely requires one. Customers will be responsible for keeping credentials secure and notifying Eclisera of suspected unauthorized access.

Products & Handmade Variation

Eclisera pieces are handcrafted. Natural variation in color, finish, fragrance impression, wax surface, botanical materials, arrangement and sculptural detail is part of handmade production and does not necessarily indicate a defect.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting and photography can affect how colors and textures appear. Measurements and weights identified as approximate may vary slightly. Confirmed order details and product-specific information take priority over general website descriptions.

Availability may change because pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities. Product pages identify the current price, primary features and whether an item is eligible for shipping or local delivery. Eclisera may update or retire products as materials, seasons and production capacity change.

Fragrance notes describe an intended aromatic impression and may be perceived differently by different people. They are not medical, therapeutic, allergen-free or safety guarantees.

Pricing, Orders & Payment

Product prices, taxes, delivery charges and the complete order total will be shown or confirmed before payment. Placing an order or submitting an inquiry is an offer to purchase; it does not become an accepted order until Eclisera confirms the product, price, selections, timing, delivery method and payment.

Items placed in the shopping cart are stored only in the customer's browser. They do not reserve inventory or create an order until checkout is completed.

Eclisera may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, pricing or description errors, payment authorization, production limitations, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an inability to complete the requested work. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

Online payment is processed securely by Square under its own terms and privacy practices. Eclisera does not store complete payment-card numbers. Customers must provide accurate, current billing, contact and delivery information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Pieces

Available personalization depends on the selected design, quantity, production schedule and materials. Eclisera does not promise unlimited customization.

Before production, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving names, dates, messages, label wording, colors, fragrance, presentation choices and other confirmed details. Eclisera will identify material limitations and provide the applicable price, timing, cancellation terms and any deposit requirement before payment.

Changes requested after approval may affect feasibility, price and completion time. Eclisera will not make a paid change without the customer's approval of any additional cost.

Personalized, custom-made, event and bulk orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns. They remain protected when damaged, defective, incorrect or different from the approved details, as explained in our Returns & Concerns policy.

Delivery, Returns & Candle Care

Local delivery is available throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale with no minimum product subtotal. Delivery is $15 for orders below $150 and complimentary for orders of $150 or more. Customers may choose attended or unattended delivery. Complete terms appear in our Shipping & Local Delivery policy.

Eligible individual candles may be shipped within the continental United States for a standard $17.99 rate. Bouquets, landscapes, desert gardens and other arrangements remain local-delivery only.

Standard, non-custom products are covered by the 30-day Eclisera Happiness Promise. The Returns & Concerns policy explains reasonable trial use, refunds, replacements, return arrangements and exclusions. Those customer-facing terms are part of these Terms.

Bouquets, landscapes, desert gardens and other arrangements are decorative display pieces and are not designed to be burned, even when a component has a wick. Only standalone candles expressly labeled for burning should be lit. Customers must follow the exact label supplied with the product and our Candle Care & Safety guidance.

Workshops, Events & Business Orders

Workshops, hospitality collaborations, corporate gifting, event orders, wholesale inquiries and other projects may require a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, quantities, approvals, timing, payment schedule, deposits, cancellations, delivery and use of names or logos. If a project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Workshop participants arrange candle bouquets using sculptural wax flowers prepared in advance; guests do not create silicone molds during the workshop. Safety, venue and participation requirements will be disclosed before booking. A parent or legal guardian must approve participation by a minor when required.

Use of a customer's business name, trademark or logo requires the customer's authorization. Eclisera may decline artwork, wording or requests that are unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, unsafe or inconsistent with the agreed project.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Eclisera name, logo, website design, writing, product names, original photographs, graphics and other original content are owned by Eclisera or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the website for personal, editorial or legitimate business-inquiry purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Submitting an inquiry, review, photograph, idea or feedback does not transfer ownership to Eclisera. We will request separate permission before featuring identifiable customer content in marketing, except when reposting a public social-media mention through the platform's ordinary sharing tools.

Customers submitting text, artwork, photographs, names or logos confirm that they have permission to use and provide those materials for the requested order. Eclisera uses submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and complete the request, unless separate permission is granted.

Website Availability & Responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or outdated information may occur. Website content is provided for general product and service information and should not replace the final order confirmation, product label or care instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eclisera is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, limits rights available under applicable consumer law, or changes the commitments made in the Eclisera Happiness Promise.

Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms. Eclisera is not responsible for third-party content or practices, but we will identify material providers when reasonably necessary for customers to understand a transaction or privacy choice.

Changes, Governing Law & Contact

We may update these Terms when the website, services, providers, business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised. If a change materially affects an accepted order, we will not apply it retroactively without the customer's agreement unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive a customer's right to participate in a class action where that right otherwise exists.

If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver of it. These Terms, the policies linked here and any confirmed project-specific agreement form the applicable understanding between the customer and Eclisera.

Eclisera does not publish a private home, studio or future pickup address on the website.
