Depending on how you interact with Eclisera, we may collect:

• Order and personalization information, such as purchased products, fragrance or presentation selections, gift messages, approved label wording, delivery instructions and order history.
• Account information, such as an email address, saved addresses, favorites and account credentials when secure customer accounts are connected. Eclisera does not currently operate live customer authentication.
• Payment information, when checkout is connected. Payments will be handled by a selected payment provider; Eclisera does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.
• Communications, including inquiries, consultation requests, feedback, return requests and other messages you send to us.
• Marketing preferences, such as newsletter consent and unsubscribe choices when an email provider is connected.
• Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed and referral information if hosting, security or analytics tools are enabled.

How We Collect Information

We may receive information directly from you when you contact us, request a consultation, place or personalize an order, arrange delivery, create an account, subscribe to messages, request support or otherwise communicate with Eclisera.

When connected, we may also receive limited information from service providers that support website hosting, ecommerce, payments, delivery, forms, email, security and analytics. Social-media platforms and other third parties collect information under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Information

• Respond to questions, consultations and personalized-order requests.
• Save a requested email address and notify you when personalized ordering opens.
• Prepare, confirm, fulfill, deliver and support orders.
• Provide customer accounts, saved preferences, favorites and order history when those services are connected.
• Process payments, returns, refunds and the Eclisera Happiness Promise.
• Send service messages about an inquiry, order, account or delivery.
• Send marketing messages when you have requested them and allow you to unsubscribe.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems and improve the website and customer experience.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations and protect our rights and customers.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may provide personal information to trusted service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, fulfill orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal obligations. These providers may process personal information only to perform services for Eclisera or as required by law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, Eclisera or others, as part of a business transfer, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.

If our privacy practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law before the changes take effect.

Your Choices & Rights

Eclisera aims to make privacy choices as easy to exercise as they are to accept. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message or unsubscribe now. Transactional or service communications about an active order may still be necessary.

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, or request information about how it has been used or disclosed. You may also appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization and identity.

Browser storage and cookies

The website uses browser storage to remember shopping-cart and wishlist selections on the same device. You may remove that information immediately below. Hosting, ecommerce, security, form-delivery or analytics providers may use cookies or similar technology. Eclisera will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls when required.

Retention & Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including customer support, fulfillment, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and accounting. Retention periods vary by the type of information and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of the business. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. When ecommerce and customer accounts are enabled, Eclisera will use established providers for sensitive payment and authentication functions.

Children's Privacy

The website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its deletion.
